Purchase our Signature Wagyu beef online. Please see product details for full description. The Wagyu product selections are hand cut and stated weights may vary slightly, usually within 1 ounce over or under the stated weight.
Each selection you make is sealed in its own airtight, vacuum sealed package and frozen. Your order is then packaged in a sturdy container, surrounded by dry ice to ensure the proper temperature. Refrigerate or freeze your purchases immediately upon receipt.
Addresses
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Be sure all addresses are correct and include daytime phone numbers for each recipient. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address provided to us or for packages sent to individuals who have moved or are on vacation. It will be the sender's responsibility to cover the cost for reshipment of a product in the event that we are provided with an incorrect address.
Your order from Imperial Wagyu Beef is shipped to you frozen. And don't worry -- freezing does not affect the quality of Wagyu Beef. Wagyu Beef does not suffer from being frozen. It has such a high percentage of marbled fat that the flavor and texture are not changed by freezing. Imperial Wagyu Beef is versatile: you can prepare the meat right away, store it in refrigerator in its vacuumed sealed packaging for a week, or you can store it frozen.
Our shipping coolers are like a second gift. We ship all our orders in a thick reusable, recyclable cooler. This durable cooler will last for years. Use it over and over.
Imperial Wagyu Beef is naturally aged a minimum of 28 days for maximum texture and flavor, vacuum-packed and flash frozen to seal in flavor, and we offer standard expedited shipping for fast arrival to your door.

We ship Monday through Wednesday with standard shipping so that packages are delivered prior to the weekend. We ship Monday through Friday with Next Day Air Service (telephone orders only). Packages cannot be delivered on Mondays.
