Imperial Wagyu Beef® invests in owning specifically selected Wagyu genetics, recognized by the top chefs around the world, to produce the most succulent Kobe style beef available.

Imperial Wagyu Beef uses many traditional and holistic production systems to create the delicate, and delicious taste Kobe beef is known for.  All of our cattle are produced in the United States by American family farms and fed in the central plains by experts with years of experience in raising the finest quality beef available.

Our cattle are slow fed for over 400 days a special 100 percent vegetarian diet.  This long feeding process is known as one of the most important factors to create the tiny flakes of marbling in the meat.  These tiny flakes of marbling result in the burst of juicy and delicate savory beef flavor the most discriminating palate expects.

Imperial Wagyu Beef has one of the most strategically coordinated supply systems in the United State with many cooperating producers.  This enables us to assure there is a sustainable and ratable supply to meet your demands year round without buying meat from other production systems.

Through our strategic relationships at the ranch, we track and monitor aspects of animal health, nutrition, and care to make sure our strict standards are being met.  Most of our cattle meet our All Natural, No Antibiotics and No Added Growth Hormones EVER claim; Cattle which become sick are treated with medicine and sorted off to be sold separately out of the Imperial Wagyu Beef System.
